See how TG-10 outlasts other sprays

An engineer’s walkthrough: why thick oil beads outside a micron-wide thread, the spray-wait-tap procedure that frees a seized bolt without snapping it, and why a cutting edge micro-welds to the chip. Turn your sound on.

What you’ll learn

Frozen nuts and bolts

Moisture, heat and pressure lock metal onto metal. Ordinary sprays wet the surface, then evaporate — the rust stays, and the fastener stays frozen.

Why other sprays fail

Most cans are thin oil. They do not carry anti-friction technology, so metal still welds and heat still expands the joint. TG-10 uses the same technology as Tirrent Booster plus a nano-penetrating carrier — up to 20× more effective.

Micro-welding and expansion

Microscopic peaks fuse under load (galling, dull tools, seized threads). Friction heat expands metal so clearances close and parts bind. Stop both, and threads survive, tools stay sharp, noise drops and the wrench turns.

How to use

Shake well. Spray onto the part. Wait a few moments to penetrate — do not wipe. Reapply in high-stress or dirty conditions.

How it works

The nano-penetrating carrier slips through rust into the threads. Booster-grade anti-friction particles fill peaks and valleys and form a wear-resistant film so metal glides instead of grinding.

Capillary science

A seized thread is only a few microns wide. Thick oil beads outside it. TG-10’s low surface tension lets capillary action pull the film — and the anti-friction particles — all the way in.

The right way to free a bolt

Spray, wait 10–15 minutes, tap to crack the micro-weld, spray again, then turn. If it resists, wait. A snapped stud costs more than patience.

Why tools stay sharp

At a cutting edge, metal micro-welds to the chip and dulls the tool. The film stops that weld, heat falls, and tool life can increase up to 5×.

Anti-corrosion that stays

A barrier keeps water and oxygen off the metal. Rust cannot restart the seize. Electrical terminals stay dry and tools stay clean.

Results

Up to 95% less friction, 98% less wear, cutting tools lasting up to 5× longer, and up to 20× a traditional penetrating spray.

Where it works

Hinges, locks, chains, valves, bolts, drill bits, electrical terminals, conveyors — home or industry.

The full explanation

This is the same walkthrough the engineer gives in the demo, written out so search engines and readers can use it without playing the video.

Frozen metal

A seized nut is more than rust. Moisture, heat and pressure lock metal onto metal until a wrench cannot move it. Ordinary penetrating sprays wet the surface, then they evaporate. The rust stays. The bolt stays frozen. That is why you snap bolts, round heads, and waste hours on a job that should take seconds.

Why other sprays fail

Most sprays are just thin oil in a can. They wet the surface, then they disappear. The rust stays. They do not carry anti-friction technology. Metal still welds. Heat still expands the joint. The seize comes back. TG-10 is different. It uses the same anti-friction technology as Tirrent Booster, plus a nano-penetrating carrier that drives that protection into the rust, the threads and the joint. That is why TG-10 is up to 20 times more effective than a traditional penetrating spray.

Micro-welding and expansion

Look closer. Under load, microscopic peaks of metal actually fuse. That is micro-welding — the reason threads gall, tools dull, and fasteners freeze. Friction also heats the metal so it expands. That is micro-expansion. Clearances close, noise rises, and parts bind tighter with every turn. Stop micro-welding and metal no longer rips itself apart. Threads stay intact. Cutting tools stay sharp. Parts last. Stop micro-expansion and clearances stay as designed. Less heat. Less noise. The wrench turns. The machine stays smooth.

Meet TG-10

Meet TG-10. Tirrent's critical maintenance lubricant spray. The same nano anti-friction technology as Tirrent Booster, engineered into a deep-penetrating spray. One can. Home or industry. It frees frozen metal, then keeps protecting it.

How to use

Using it is simple. Shake the can well. Spray directly onto the part you need to free or protect. Give it a few moments to penetrate. Do not wipe it off. In high-stress or dirty conditions, reapply so the protection stays.

How it works

The nano-penetrating carrier slips through rust and into the threads. Then Tirrent's anti-friction particles fill the microscopic peaks and valleys — the same way Booster protects an engine. A polished, wear-resistant film forms. Metal glides instead of grinding.

Capillary science

Here is the physics most sprays ignore. A seized thread is a gap only a few microns wide. Ordinary oil beads on the outside, because surface tension will not let it in. TG-10's nano carrier has a much lower surface tension, so capillary action pulls it down the thread. It carries the same anti-friction particles as Tirrent Booster all the way to the rust — not just onto it.

The right way to free it

Freeing a seized bolt is a procedure, not a tug of war. Spray it, then wait ten to fifteen minutes. The carrier needs time to wick down the thread. Tap the fastener. That shock cracks the micro-weld without twisting the bolt in half. Spray once more, then turn. If it still resists, wait again. A snapped stud costs far more than patience.

Why tools stay sharp

The same mechanism dulls a drill bit or a tap. At the cutting edge, clean metal under pressure micro-welds to the chip. That built-up edge tears the finish and kills the tool. TG-10's film stops that weld. Friction heat falls. The edge stays keen, and the machine draws less power. Cutting-tool life can increase up to 5 times, with a smoother finish.

Freeing a frozen bolt

On a frozen nut or bolt, that film breaks the rust lock and stops the metal from welding itself back together. The fastener turns. The thread survives. You don't snap the bolt. What used to take heat, hammers and broken wrenches now takes a spray and a few seconds.

Anti-corrosion that stays

Then it stays. A corrosion barrier keeps water and oxygen off the metal. Rust cannot restart the seize. Electrical terminals stay dry. Tools stay clean.

The results

Friction drops by up to 95%, and metal wear by up to 98%. Cutting tools last up to 5 times longer. Equipment lasts longer too. Up to 20 times stronger than a traditional penetrating spray.

Where it works

Hinges, locks, chains, valves, bolts, drill bits, electrical terminals, conveyors — home or industry. TG-10. Penetrate. Protect. Outlast the rest. TG-10. Critical maintenance lubricant.
